Just some of her work in the entertainment business. In the early 80’s she started working in television at the age of 15 whilst still at drama school and co-starred on the BBC1 in the Kenny Everett Show. This was the number one comedy series and ran for eight years.

Over the years she has worked between the U.K. and the U.S. starring in many TV shows such asd the comedy series “Assaulted Nuts” for Ch4 and HBO. This ran for three years and also starred Emma Thompson, Bill Sadler and Wayne Knight. Also she co-starred in U.S. series “The Highlander” with Adrian Paul and Roger Daltrey. Cleo co-starred in the detective series “Tropical Heat” for NBC.

She performed a musical comedy one woman show in L.A. at Carlo’s and Charlie’s on Sunset Blvd. The show was filmed for U.S. TV and performed to an invited audience of guests including Elizabeth Taylor, Michael Jackson, Joan Rivers and George Michael etc. Cleo has performed at the comedy store in L.A. and London.

To a full house Cleo sang a duet with Marc Almond live at the Royal Albert Hall and in Nottingham for his “12 Years of Tears Tour” It was filmed for the BBC and released on DVD.

Starred in “The Cha Cha Club” a musical comedy released in cinemas in the U.K. and on HBO.

Nicholas Cage requested that they film a comedy sketch interview on location in the King’s Road in London which was filmed for the BBC.

In 1998 Cleo wrote a biography entitled “Bananas Forever” covering her years with Kenny Everett this was published by Virgin.

In 2000 she produced the hit show “The Seven Year Itch” at the Queen’s Theatre in London’s West End, starring Daryl Hannah. This was directed by Michael Radford ( Il Postino, White Mischief, Al Pacino’s Merchant of Venice)

2001 Cleo presented and produced “Diana Age of Innocence” a prime-time and world exclusive documentary on the events and stories behind the wedding and making of Princess Diana’s wedding dress. This was for Channel 5 TV in the U.K.

In 2001-2003 Cleo produced and hosted her own luxury travel series, “Cleo Worldwide” for Channel 5. Her guest stars included on the series were Neil Morrissey, Denise Van Outen, Terry Venables, Julian Clary, Tessa Dahl, Nicky Haslam and Lord Glenconner etc.

In 2003 she hosted the Danny Baker Breakfast radio show for BBC Radio. She is a regular on 2009 Talk Sport for Five Live nationwide.

As Executive Producer she appeared in the 2005 Christmas Comedy film for Channel 4, “Sex Actually” starring Rik Mayall, Jeff Beck, Robert Bathurst, Sheridan Smith, Doon Mackichan and many others. This was a “Comic Strip” film directed by Peter Richardson.

In 2006 she performed with Leigh Francis in sketches for his new series, “Bo in The U.S.A.”

Stared herself in Celebrity Big Brother in 2007 along with Jermaine Jackson and Ken Russell. Cleo spent three weeks on this primetime Channel 4 programme.

In 2007 Cleo wrote and starred in “Licensed to Laugh” a primetime special for ITV1 in the U.K. Her guests included Billy Conolly, Russell Brand, Lulu, Paul McKenna, Leigh Francis, Michael Mackintyre, Chris Moyles and many more.

Competing in Britain’s Best Celebrity Chef in March 2009 she won over the judges and audience with her Mexican cooking and margaritas.

In June 2012 Cleo launched her own brand of award winning tequila AquaRiva®

Over the past 20 years Stuart has been a Senior Executive in the international luxury and travel industry in the US and UK. He focused on global tour company management, new resort openings, and regional/global marketing.

He was the Managing Director of The Couture Travel Company a luxury tour operation based in London UK. Negotiated and created an online global luxury tour company. As Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton Caribbean he was based in the International Head Quarters in Watford, UK, reporting to the President of Hilton. Responsible for the sales and marketing activities in the UK, Europe for 15 Hilton Hotels and Resorts in the Caribbean and Latin America. He significantly expanded Hilton’s presence and revenue within major tour companies in UK/Europe.

As a senior executive at the Jalousie Resort & Spa inSt. Lucia he opened this new luxury resort in 1997. Responsible for the development of the USA and European markets plus establishing all public relations activities in New York and London. In two years the resort had sales rocketed to over $58 million.

As the Director of Tourism for Alberta, Canada, based in Washington, D.C. he was responsible for tourism from the United States to Alberta. Stuart was recognized by appointments to the Board of Directors of the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives and the American Society of Association Executives (92/93).

Whilst at Hilton Stuart produced and directed a series of corporate films for the resort portfolio. Because of his passion for luxury travel he was invited to direct two primetime luxury travel entertainment series Cleo Worldwide, for Channel Five TV. The shows starred Cleo Rocos, with guests including Neil Morrissey, Denise Van Outen, Julian Clary, Terry Venables, Lord Glen Conner, Nicky Haslam, Tessa Dahl, and Judith Chalmers. Stuart also directed the documentary ‘Diana Age of Innocence’


Tomas Estes is one of the most influential people in the Tequila industry outside of the distillers themselves. Tomas is one of three Tequila Ambassadors for the Mexican Government worldwide. Just a few of his accolades include being recognized twice by the Mexican national tequila chamber with the title of "Ambassador to Europe for Tequila" and received a Life Time Achievement Award from "Theme" Magazine for his work with Tequila in the hospitality industry. In 2008 Tomas was given the award of "Outstanding Contribution to the Bar and Restaurant Industry" in the United Kingdom and was voted the "6th Most Influential Person in the U.K. Bar Trade" by the readers of "Theme" Magazine.

Tomas has a true love of Tequila that shines through all he does. He is often found as a guest speaker talking about the taste and process of hand crafted Tequilas to educational groups and connoisseurs. He also teaches the wine and spirits educational trust course on tequila and is a writer on staff for "Tequila 100%" a magazine in Mexico that specializes in Tequila category information and tasting.

Tomas prides himself as a bartender/trade person at heart. He began as a dishwasher and kitchen helper and eventually put himself through school to earn a degree in teaching. Tomas however, couldn't stay away from the service industry, he has opened 17 restaurants and bars in Holland, England, France, Germany, Italy and Australia. He still owns his four flagship properties); he speaks 4 languages and continues to write articles about Tequila in Europe and the U.S.; not as an expert or an authority, but as a veteran, having drunk it for 40 years and served more than 4 million margaritas over a period of more than 26 years, in 6 different lands.

After 20 years of going on an annual pilgrimage to Burgundy in France tasting red and white wine "en primeur" (from the barrel before bottling), Tomas developed a sophisticated wine appreciation as well as palate. With this knowledge and sophistication, as well an appreciation for the "slow food" process, Tomas helped create Tequila Ocho, the only brand he has been personally involved with as a partner. The respect for the Artesenal process is why of all the distillers he knows well, Tomas chose the Camerenas Family to create Tequila Ocho with him. Together they created an agave led product that proves "terroir" from a Single Estate has an effect on agave just as it does on wine. Miguel Cedeño Cru
Miguel Cedeño Cruz is one of the most well known technicians in the Tequila Industry and for many years he has been part of the technical committees for the Tequila National Chamber (CNIT) and the Tequila Regulatory Council(CRT) two of the most important organizations linked to tequila in Mexico.

He is a native of Guadalajara, the capital town of the state of Jalisco, Mexico but his grandparents were born in the Highlands and they were linked to Agave cultivation for many years in the village of Arandas, Jalisco, so part of his genes have the influence of this marvelous plant and tequila as well.

He is a Chemical Engineer and has a M.S. in Biotechnology, specifically in Fermentation Technology. During his first 10 years of professional life he was involved in teaching in the Merida Institute for Technology and the Yucatan University, forming many new generations as Biochemical Engineers, Chemists and Masters in Biotechnology. Research and development is another of his passions, and he was involved in projects with other species of agave, Agave fourcroydes (Henequen) in the Yucatan peninsula located in the Maya region.

Twenty-two years ago he moved from Merida, Yucatan to Guadalajara where developed some projects for the tequila industry in which he worked for 21 years having important positions in tequila distilleries. During his direction, in the latest one, he achieved recognition as the best distillery in the world, being the first time that a tequila distillery won this prize.

During these 21 years, Miguel has dedicated himself, besides his corporate responsibilities, to continue his teaching and has imparted many seminars, conferences and courses related to tequila and in his area of knowledge, not only in Mexico but in some other countries. As a Master Distiller, he participates in different tastes, the latest in London, directed to the main spirit industries in the United Kingdom.

Always restless and because of his passion for research and development he has directed many thesis, published technical papers and book chapters related to tequila. Additionally he is participating in the first diploma course for Tequila Technicians organized by the Guadalajara University and the CRT.

In 2009, now as a private consultant for the tequila industry, advises in starting plants, process improvement and training people and collaborates with the CNIT and the CRT in tequila promotion around the world.
